Washer Painting Question...

Hey guys!

So Im painting some washers for a board I am currently making and was wondering if yall could give me some pointers and tell me what kind of paint/how many coats/prep/etc you use on your washers!

I have yet to find anything that works really well.
I have tried spray paint, rubberized paint, powder coated and they all chip away...well the rubberized ones just peeled away.
I have been using a paint marker as of late.
There is no peeling or chipping at all so the washers stay usable longer.
While you do have to recoat more often it is very quick and easy to do and they dry extremely quick too.

Looks like Ive locked down a connection with a local Powder Coater and am about to do a run here real soon.

Gonna run 4 different colors this time,and will have plenty of set available if anyone is interested!

I assume we are talking about 1" USS Flat Washers with a 2.5" diameter, if so how much $$?
